Launched on January 28, 2020 as Tata’s first all-electric model, the Nexon EV price starts at Rs 12.49 lakh (ex-showroom). It received a facelift on September 17, 2023, and stands as India’s bestselling electric car to date. The Nexon EV offers stylish SUV looks in a compact form factor, and gets a feature-loaded cabin that can seat up to 5 people. Currently, the Nexon EV offers 30kWh and 45kWh battery pack options, as well as features like an infotainment screen, sunroof, keyless entry, automatic climate control, wireless charger, and more. The Nexon EV rivals the Mahindra XUV400 and MG Windsor EV.

Tata Nexon EV variants & price

The Tata Nexon EV is currently available in 10 variants: Creative+ MR, Fearless MR, Fearless+ MR, Fearless+ S MR, Empowered MR, Creative 45, Fearless 45, Empowered 45, Empowered Plus 45, and Empowered Plus 45 Red Dark. The Tata Nexon EV base model price starts at Rs 12.49 lakhs, while the Fearless MR and Fearless+ MR trims cost Rs 13.29 lakh and Rs 13.79 lakh respectively. The Fearless+ S MR model comes in at Rs 14.29 lakh, and the Empowered MR trim is priced at Rs 14.79 lakh as the Nexon EV’s top-spec 30kWh variant.

Coming to the 45kWh variants, the Nexon EV Creative 45 starts at Rs 13.99 lakh, while the Fearless 45 trim is priced at Rs 14.99 lakh. Then comes the Nexon EV Empowered 45 trim at Rs 15.99 lakh, and the Empowered+ 45 trim costs Rs 16.99 lakh. The Nexon EV top model on sale in India currently is the Empowered+ 45 Red Dark Edition at Rs 17.19 lakh.
